I got deceived by AMAZON. I have placed for a return , as the product is misplaced. My account (registered mobile no:70xxxxx2) started following up this issue with AMAZON and I have tried continuously for following up about this issue but AMAZON hasn’t attended any of my calls and its been 20 days , but there is no response about my order. recently, today morning i have talked to them . now the amazon team is stating that they cant give my money back though it was there mistake. I want my money back.
I will attach down the call recording and soome screenshots of amazon please take a serious action on them.
