Complaint against Go Air for not refunding fare

We had booked tickets from Chandigarh to Srinagar through GO AIR for 25th March 2020 but due to the sudden lockdown imposed,flights got suspended. Have been trying to get the refund from Go Air from last 4 months but no action is initiated from their end.

The details are attached Even after the directions from the supreme court they are reluctant to provide the refund.

Refund from Hike wallet – Rs.8000/- : Kishor Kunal of Gomti Nagar, 226010, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh had loaded Rs.8000 in his Hike wallet. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
