I booked hotel sri maharaja inn, dwarka nagar, Vishakhapatnam through Make My Trip from 17th Dec 2018 to 24th Dec 2018. The hotel owner was v vocal about his displeasure with make my trip about payment issues. He offered us v limited services as well.
On 18th Dec the hotel caused inconvenience to us for no logical reason on 3 different occasions.
On my frantic requests to MMT I was given partial refund and left on road to look for another hotel in a completely unknown place. We were sssured that a strict action will be initiated against the property. We managed.
Now when I asked MMT about the action taken, they offer me the false and factually incorrect arguments as offered by the hotel owner. It’s going to be 30 days v soon. I want some redresaal of the himiliatationa dn inconvenience I have been put through because of MMT
