Me and my friend visited hotel mint select noida at night. we booked our rooms online. after checking in w feel uneasy because room ac was not working and their is a smell in rooms but we ignored it. we think that it happen with any. but after 2 hours we ask them to change room they gave us another room those ac also not working after that they gave us third room that ac was working better than others. at the time of breakfast they tell us to wait because they dont have their breakfast ready. but at the time of checkout they show us a spot on bedcovers and charged 1200 for laundry for what we dont do anything. they also said that you have to complaint us for the hidden bedcovers part that we go some hotel and first check that its bedcovers are clean or not what a rubbish. they also dont have any washrooms and bathroms for drivers. their carpets are very dirty. they dont have fridge, ion,soap, shampoo etc. they think that guest are fools and they pay whatever hotel say.
