Complaint against Instagram 777_zone4 channel for non-delivery

Online shop scam. Value: 700

There is a page in Instagram id- 777_zone4, ordered a pair of cloths from it threw there watsapp number given on the page, paid full payment in advance, they said order is confirmed and will be delivered within 7 days. Not its been 10 days they are not replying and i haven’t received anything yet.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
