Complaint Regarding wrong product delivery by Seller on facebook

I met on facebook market place and then she provided whats app number after that i purchased a product and value paid by me. she deliver the wrong product of wrong color i asked and told to return the product and provide me exchange of product. she refused and told not possible even i told that i will file complaint then she refused for the exchange. If need additional information please let me know.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
