Complaint against JIO Mart for non-delivery, no refund

Two orders were placed one on 25th May & the second on 27th May via JioMart.
The address entered in the app. was incomplete so i emailed the Customer Service team at JioMart immediately. We even made multiple calls to the Customer Service number. We were told to resend the email from the registered email ID and call from the registered number, which we did. The customer service executive even assured us that the address was updated.
However, the address was still not updated.
A month has passed. We have been contacting JioMart on calls and emails whichever way possible since Day 1. Not a single item has been delivered till date. The app now shows items were delivered on 4th June, which is utterly ridiculous. Nothing was delivered. We have been trying to call and email their team regarding the same but there is no response, just the auto-generated email.

Its very very difficult to get in touch with their Customer executive, lines are always busy, waiting time stretches to almost an hour, scheduled call backs are never honored. Emails go unanswered even after 10-12 days!

I have been as polite as possible, & have patiently waited for a response or some kind of action to be taken for a significant amount of time, as I too understand the hardships of servicing amidst the lockdown. But this kind of service is utterly unacceptable. There is never even a clear response or follow up to any of my queries & emails.

Not a single item has been delivered till date.  Everytime we call or email we’re just given new complaint and reference numbers and then out of nowhere we get emails the next day saying our issue was resolved even when it hasn’t been resolved! I received no actual responses regarding the issue at all.

Amount of ?799 transacted on 27th May has been refunded fully.
However amount of ?2271.60 transacted on 25th May has been refunded partially i.e. only ?1017.83
A balance of ?1253.77 is still due.
As mentioned many times before not a single item has been delivered.
JIOMART still owes me rupees ?1253.77.

I have even tried reaching JioMart on Twitter but in vain again. I request you to please help me through this as soon as possible
