Complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit card department

My brother was having Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card as well as Salary account in Kotak Mahindra Bank. He expired on March 2018 and after his demise, his credit card was got blocked after payment of his last outstanding dues by me (I am his elder brother). At the time of blocking his credit card, the information of his death was given to customer care number of Kotak Mahindra Bank, against which a reference number was given. The card was blocked and there was no further statement of any dues in that credit card. Recently, after a year, we started getting emails on his email ID (my deceased brother’s email) for payment of some dues. I am unable to open that statement as it is password protected and I am not aware of the password. But I can guess it may be annual renewal charges for the credit card which was got blocked by me on the ground of his death. I responded to their mail on the greivance/customer care website of Kotak mahindra where I once again informed the bank about the death of my brother and also gave my contact number. I got reply from the bank saying that I have to submit his death certificate but no information about how and where to submit his death certificate. Since then I made several attempts to approach customer care number and asked them to tell me where I can submit death certifcate of my brother and how to close his credit card account. But i am surprised even the customer care exectuive did not give my complete information and gave contact numbers of some person to whom I am kept calling and every time either the number is not reachable or busy or he disconnect my call everytime. Now again and again getting recovery mails from bank with late fees charges and everytime I try to write to bank on their website (grievance redressal/customer care), either they gave same reply or their website did not execute my complaint by saying some technical error and try again. I am fed up with Kotak mahindra bank as they are not responsing in proper way and not telling me how to close the account and where to submit death certificate of my brother.
I remember that the intimation of death of my brother was given to Kotak mahindra bank at Saket Branch where he was having his salary account. all recent document including death certificate was submitted in that branch.
Kindly help me to get rid of this problem as the bank is sending threat message of taking action for non-payment.
