I have general store in the name of Kalka Karyana store located at above Tughlakabad address. Few days ago I had ordered a Paytm sound box machine for my shop. The day I received it I called at customer support to active it. There was a lady representative to whom I spoke. It was not activated that day, I informed her with received display reason. i.e. (Activation not authentication) post which she file a complaint in their record and ask me to wait till 48hrs.
After 72hrs I got a call and from a gentlemen and he spoke with me. I informed him same points. Again he filed another complaint against sound box now he told me you have to wait 10-15 days.
Todays 04-Dec-21 I called them again to check the status . Today again they informed me it will take 10-15 days to resolved your complaint. This is something ridiculers. A complaint does really take 10-15 days to resolve. Need Justice against this kind of E Commerce company .

I want to deactivate my account and my soundbox but the assistance at Paytm is not looking at my complaint.I am calling the Paytm call centre but they are not bothered to look at my issue and close at the earliest.the Paytm company only needs money.They only want money money and money as rental of soundbox .
I want to talk with the superior for doing this rigid thing of just charging the customers for soundbox.
One person came from pay tm name.of naga rajan and install the sound box In my shop.
He told only rs 1 the sound v
Box. And there won’t be any monthly charges. But now the charges getting deducted from my account. Its not fair. He cheated me.I like to lodge a complaint . and return the sound box.I need my money need to return from the company. And also its unnecessary worry given from the pay tm.
I need a compensation.
90 rupees deducted from bank account as soundbox subscription charges.So I want my 90 rupees as refund.
This mff Paytm business don’t have coustomer support i will file case on court if not responding quickly I lost 2000 some one payed me 2000 for hospital it’s urgent money and they deducted 2000 as sound box charges I’m not even using it
