I want to state that as I bought one RO+UV on 1st December through Franchise Business Partner of Eureka Forbes. As per Indian standard Eureka Forbes is one of the best product in our country. I had bought his Product in the name of DR Auqa Guard Model no. MAGNA HD RO+UV. It has been observed that after installation no technician came for the verification of the water whether it is able to drink or not. I raised the complaint on the very same day after installation. Next day Technician visited at my place and verbally informed me that there is some technical issue in this product. Our senior will be revert on this. Sir/Madam As you know in Delhi Air & Water Pollution has been increased and you know water is basic requirement . I want you to resolve my matter as per earliest. So that no one will suffer from any water disease.
You are requested to please return my product & refund my money as per earliest. A bill copy has been attached for your reference purpose.
