Complaint against Reliance general Insurance for closing claim

Reliance general Insurance Co Ltd. Value: 9000. I want to complaint against this insurance company, in spite of sending all the required documents and proof of the claim the company customer care team denied receipt of it. I kept following up and eventually stopped as we were facing Covid situation by then.

The company ruthlessly closed my claim stating non receipt of documents. Pathetic customer service.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in.
