I had enrolled my self for Winny immigration service last year in June 2020 for Canada PR. After I paid them the initial amount of Rs.61000 things were ok. Suddenly I realised that I was only following up on my case. there was no call or email from the case Manager. Then Suddenly my case manager resigns and got vanished in September 2020. No one bothered to contact me and my case was pending until now. A new case manager contacted in Feb 2021 and told be to start the process. I have refused as I dont want to pay more amount and start the PR process with such lazy and careless people.
I want to get refund for the money I paid and all the stress I went through all these months.I have asigned some agreement papers with them not sure if refund would be possible or no. But please try so that in future someone does not suffer the distrust i had to face.
