Complaint against Sai Enterprises, Santacruz for fridge repair

Called Sai Enterprises as my fridge was not working – ice was not getting formed in the ice maker. They sent their technicians and repaired and replaced a part for 7000 rupees. They told us to wait for 24 hours and then switch on the fridge. It still did not work. After repeated calls, they sent another team of technicians to inspect the fridge; they replaced the part again. It still did not work after 24 hours. Finally, we asked them for a refund and they agreed. Now, we have been trying to call on their official number as mentioned on the bill for 2 weeks now. They haven’t been responding. We have also been trying to call the technician but he hasn’t been replying to calls or Whatsapp messages too. They kept telling us that we would get the refund in 2 days, repetitively, but they just hasn’t happened. We then visited their office on the address mentioned in the bill: Shivaji Nagar, Vakola Pipeline Road,  Near Grand Hyatt Hotel, Santacruz (E), Mumbai 400055; when we went there, people told us that this office existed 5 years ago and isn’t there now. This company seems fake and the people who work there seem to be frauds. Avoid this scam.
