Complaint against snapdeal for cancelling order

I have booked a gym bag in snap deal on 9th October, but today they said that order cancelled by snapdeal, as if they are thinking we are fools, if we ask for any return they won’t respond many online companies, but I have booked this bag in cheaper price than the company price, this companies making everyone fool by giving cheap rates and not deliver the product. I have not cancelled the order. If their is no stock they can stop selling this product, how they did this to me. This is totally a cheating customer service

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
