I booked for RT-PCR test on 22.04.2021 for my mother aged 65+ for 23.04.2021 with Spicejet Healthcare, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.
On 23.04.2021 I asked to book two more RT-PCR tests for my sons aged 8+ and 3+. I was told that a slot for today is not available but you can take the appointment for 24.04.2021 but can submit the samples of your sons along with the sample of your mother on 23.04.2021. Online Payment of Rs.499/- was made for each booking.
Samples for all these three IDs were given at their lab on 23.04.2021 in the evening at about 4.00PM.
As per company’s commitment the reports were to be generated within 24 to 48 hours.
I waited for the reports till 01.05.2021 but the reports were not received. I contacted their customer care and they asked me to wait for another 24 hours.
Till date I have not received the reports besides my repeated telephonic requests.
Every time they ask to wait for another 24 hours.
A period of more than192 hours has passed but I have not received the reports so far.
The purpose of getting an RT-PCR test has been defeated.
Now I have asked the company to either send me the reports or refund my money but the company is not listening to me. The company is neither giving me the reports nor refunding my money. Moreover I can not visit the company personally as my society where I am residing has been put in the containment zone.
You are requested to instruct the company to do the needful at the earliest.
