Complaint against tailor for losing cloth materials

My tailor has cheated me by not delivering my clothes. Value: 5000. One of the tailor, has taken 5 of my clothes for stitching and has not returned it back on promised date and doesnt respond to calls or messages and has closed the shop abruptly i have whatsapp conversations to prove that my clothes are with them . They have also not provided any printed bill for taking my clothes for stitching.
