Complaint regarding non-delivery by leve.com

I have been a victim of a fraud while shoping online. The e commerce website i used www.The leve.com.
The order has not been received yet and the transaction was already done. There is no effort from the customer care helpline . Therefore its a request to reslove this matter by early means.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
