With reference to the above, this is to bring to your notice, that I have availed of ACT Broadband services since September 2020 and have continued using the same for WFH purpose.
In the recent cyclone Tauktae, the services were disrupted and I had understood that it would take 1-2 days to return. I have registered a complaint on the website and also raised a complaint to the officer, Mr. Sxxxxy He had assured me of restoration of services within two days.
But to date, the services have not been restored and ACT personnel have been taking care of other customers and giving false promises everyday since last 4 days. Their senior officer, Mr.Axxxxt, also called saying that services would be restored by 23.05.2021 but it is not done. At end of the day, Mr.Sxxxxxy informs that it will now take another day. This daily routine of false promises has put my WFH in severe strain and on my family too as I have to use the Mobile internet of family members.
I have also paid Rs. 885.00 towards fees for use of Internet for the month of May 2021 and have already lost 7 days of Internet usage.
Kindly assist in recovering the dues for the same along with action to be taken for the loss of mental peace and time.
