A new meter installed by WBSEDCL on March 25. As per There policy my meter reading to be held on or after 20th June(Quarterly), but without reading our meter and also untimed bill has been sent to me.
If they would sent the round of amount due to Covid-19, also on that situation the bill should be come on or after 20th June. I visit to the electric office and also complain against this but no proper action taken for this neither giving any positive response.
