Complaint regarding Baggage lost by Indigo

I had taken an Indigo Flight from Bengaluru to Delhi on 31st Oct (arrival on 1st Nov). They made us wait in the flight from more than 1.5 hours before take-off saying that the baggage hasn’t been loaded onto the flight. Then They took off without loading the full baggage and didn’t inform us about the  same.
After arrival on Delhi Airport, we waited for more than 45 minutes at Baggage Belt no,1  thinking that our baggage would come. After waiting for 45 mins, we went to Indigo baggage counter to check on the situation. There we were informed that our baggage hasn’t arrived and asked us to wait until the arrival of next flight. Our baggage might come on next flight, which would mean waiting for 2.5 hours at the airport in hope for arrival of our bags but there was no surety about that.
I filled up the form for lost baggage and I was promised that my baggage would be delivered at my home on the same day.
I have been continuously trying to reach on the contact number provided in the form, but there is no response. I have even written to their Nodal officer, on their FB and Twitter page, filed complaint on their portal. But there is no response.
It has been more than 5 days and I am left with no choice but to file a formal complaint.

Request you to please look into this matter and help me out.
