Order cancelled, amount not refunded by Snapmint

I had ordered a mobile from Snapmint on EMI but later on I cancelled my order at the time of delivery, but still I have not received my refund back in my account and I am continiously getting a messages to pay EMI Their customer care also not getting connected and their contact number comes busy everytime. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

    I haven’t received my money yet I placed the order on 18th May 2023 but still haven’t received my down payment amount 1499
    Snapmint fraud
