This is to bring to your notice that we have spent around Rs.10000 towards the Profit Club card (linked to my number – [protected]) in the month of February 2022 at Bellandur Central mall Big Bazaar. We hardly spent any money from this Rs.10000. At that time there was no clue to us that Big Bazaar would be undertaken by Reliance. When we are approaching the new staff at Smart Bazaar. They are saying this card is invalid. Phone number – [protected] for this recharge. It seems like we are losing money. Please help us to get our money back or tell us a way how we can spend this money at smart bazaar. They are not accepting please help me.
