Sir, My set top box has become defective and I told my dealer to rectify it. After calling his for two days, he came and installing an old set top box for a charge of Rs.800. When I asked him to provide new set top box he said new set top box is not available now and will be available after 2-3 months and asking me to use this old box for Rs.800/-. He did the same thing earlier too and now I know it is a scam. I have paid security amount but he also says since I have transferred the account no security amount is available. I do not have any slip and they do not give any slip and I am being harassed.
