Complaint regarding OYO Townhouse 160 booking on oyorooms

I have booked OYO Townhouse 160 Sector 1, Ghaziabad, 201010 on 16 December 2022 and paid amount of rupees 827 using Paytm , but at the time of check in at 9,o clock in the night hotel denied and said that check in will be allowed only when extra amount of 1000 is paid . Then after a lot of argument we paid the amount through UPI and at the time of check out hotel denied us to provide the bill. The property is accepting the booking at the name of OYO Town house but changed the property name to Roseman Hotel and both these hotel names are accepting the bookings on oyo and other applications from bot the names. After check out i lodged a complaint regarding the same in OYO Helpdesk but after so many calls and long holds i could not get the refund back of the extra amount i paid. I have also submitted the screenshot of payment to OYO but they denied the refund .Worst customer service received from OYO .
