Complaint regarding blackmailing by BPO company

Data entry work’s blackmailing for money. Value: Rs.4000. I am blackmailed by BPO VERTEX COMPANY for money. They give me a work of data entry work ,I have done my work on time but they said the work done by me is not correct properly so They said to give money as a panelty and if I donot pay money put legal action on me and they said they do court case on me.
I am a student then how I pay money. Please help me sir/mam
