Every year I get a call from CrossRoad company saying that my membership is expired and I need to renew that same. So, I renewed my membership for 4 years on 9 March 2021. I got a invoice (for Rs. 2700) as well for the same from company. Now today (21 May 2022), they again called me saying that the membership I purchased last time has ended as it was for 1 year only. When I talked about the invoice that I got last year for 4 years, then they said it was a wrong commitment made to me and as a favour they will adjust the last amount paid & give me 4 years membership now. So, I paid them Rs. 2250 more. Now, whenever I am calling their customer care number to check my membership details, they say that it’s not available and someone will call me back with details. No one has called me till now and I feel they will not call me even. When I login to their app to check the membership details, its showing that my membership is valid/active till Jul 10 2032. This is a complete fraud going on in which their sales team and customer care team is involved.
