Complaint regarding data entry job fraud

I have paid 7200 for data entry job out of which 7000 is refundable, after 1 week I got my project and I have completed the project doing over night. After that I didn’t get any confirmation from there side when I call them after 5 days they gave me silly’s reason and rejected my project.
When I asked my refund back then they started showing there real face still they haven’t refunded my amount, when ever I call they will give some reason.
Please help me, company name is Carrier Tech Jayanagar 4th Block Bangalore.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
