Complaint regarding debit by investment intermedi

Kindly help me to recover my money back to form investment intermedi. Because many times 295/ rs has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i dnt knw what is company. Its totally fraud
So kindly look this metter. Watching fro precious feed back or reply Thanks regards

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
