Complaint regarding refund from travel agent

I have booked a tour to dubai for my family on 18 th oct 2018 for 3 persons departure date 14 november 2018 from trip factotry banglore. I deposited full payment on 28 th oct .on 2 nov i suffered with paralysis attack.on the same date my son tell the agent to cancel the tour and refund my amount.but they havenot cancel the tour and they are saying u can do anything we are not going to refund any amount.i also tell them to deduct aome amount any refund my payment.i have paid them 198000.i request u kindly please help.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
