I have a salary account in ICICI bank. Last year they initiated ” Card protection plan” to my account without my consent and deducted amount from my account for which I chased them for long and got my money refunded. This year ( in December 2017 starting) they did the same and deducted amount from my account. Again I am chasing ICICI customer care for more than 20 days to get my money back but no response. On every call customer care agent says you will receive a call to confirm your cancellation request then you will get your money back. Please help as there is no response from ICICI Bank.
