I purchased a INALSA make food processor through AMAZON. The received product was defective/broken. I filed a RETURN request. However, soon after I receieved a call from INALSA office that I should cancel the RETURN through AMAZON and that INALSA will directly replaced the defective product at my doorstep and provide demo of the product as well. I agreed. But the product was not delivered by INALSA at my doorstep. I had to make effort and expenditue to collect it from nearly 50 KM away. The replaced product was also defective. I the requested INALSA to attend the problem. But INALSA is not attending. In the meanwhile the return period from amazon was over. I asked AMAZON why did it share my number with INALSA to which AMAZON has no answer.
