Refund not given by Amazon for returned order

Product ordered on 28th October, 2018. Damaged Product received on 2nd November at 2:25 pm. Product picked up by grv logistics on 3rd November. Refund initiated but not received even after many follow ups. Finally I decided to take help through social media wherein a lady named Mxxxxa called n assured that she would get it sorted within 48 hrs but as usual, I didn’t receive any update from her as well. Then came into picture, another lady named m/s Mxxxa who gave a similar assurance n did respond with a solution which was very funny stating that the item I am taking would be delivered tomorrow i.e 17 th . Firstly, tomorrow’s date is 29th nov n secondly, my issue is ‘refund’ n not order. Then its Sxxxxxi, who asked me to prove again whether I received n paid for the item or not . To this , I sent the invoice for the third time alongwith snapshots of status of return n pick up status. I also requested through mail for a telephonic conversation but no response. Ultimately, they mailed me stating that the refund cannot be given since I never paid for the product. And I lost my money to amazon.in
