Complaint regarding defective product from Teekart

I had ordered 2portable stitching machine from the site called,”TEEKART” on 7th nov. Atfirst I wanted to buy one so i placed it accordingly and did the online payment as it claimed that it will give 500rs cashback. Then it showed that the could not be able to complete for don’t know what the reason is but the money has been deducted from my account….I thought of getting it back within 7 days as it claimed and I thought of ordering two of it and placed it doing that cash on delivery… Okay that was the thing..
Now, the thing is today I have recieved those three stitching machines… And not a single one is working…..
So I thought of calling them to let them know about the mistake ..but no one is picking up the call….I dropped several emails but no response I have received ….. Now what to do…
The order Ids are -T49511 and T491512 amounting (1098+1698)=2796/-
Please look into it… I am in a big trouble.. kindly accept my complaint and do further steps…..
