Paytm order not delivered by blue dart

I have ordered a item from Paytm the responsibility of delivery of which was by blue dart. The item is not delivered to me yet but shows delivered. The delivery boy is disconnecting the call everytime nd I m not getting any help from their customer care services. I have faced worst services ever. I m not even getting any help from Paytm team also, none of them bother about our problems. I tried blue dart customer care no. So many times but no one respond to call. They are doing fraud to us. Want justice and strict action against them.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
