Complaint regarding delay in refund from Happy Easy Go

It’s been more than two months now. I am tired of writing emails to happy easy go. All I hear is I am forwarding it to the concerned team. But I never get any updates. There is a huge delay in a refund from their end for the Trips. The Indigo airline has already refunded the whole amount for both trips. I have submitted the proof to happy easy go as well.
I have confirmed with the airlines about the refund too. The delay is from happy easy go side.
Will i ever get my money back

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
