Complaint regarding delay in refund from Travolook

I have booked my flight on 7th july 2021 through Travolook but booking was cancelled with exercise of dynamic fare. I have received information that my refund will received in next 15 days. But unfortunately I am still waiting for refund even after 70+ days. I have written multiple mails and called them multiple times but every time they have different excuses and still struggling for my refund amount.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
