Complaint regarding delivery by Zomato partner

Ordered From Zomato . Restaurant name:- KFC
Today at 1:52 am I ordered food from KFC using Zomato mobile app. The process was, as usual, I paid the amount through UPI and was waiting for the food to be delivered. Surprisingly the delivery boy marked the food as delivered at 2:11 am but he never came to deliver the product to my doorstep. As soon as I got the notification of the food was delivered I called him several times he didn’t pick up my phone tried to contact zomato customer care i didn’t get any type of help. I raised the issue in their mail. And the latest update is they just rewarded back with the ticket number stating it will take 12 hours. I was hungry the whole night trying to contact the delivery boy nobody helped me neither did I receive my refund
