Incorrect medicines being delivered against order id : 4xxxxx8. Value: Rs 1391.78
I have raised the complaint against the incorrect medicines being delivered at 5th march . Ticket id : 7xxxxxx2 . Till now one week passed and there is no resolution . Medi buddy team keep on telling the same thing over the call that matter will be resolved and i will get refund but till now there are no signs of that . Medi buddy team asked for evidences which i duly provided on 5th march and again on 10 th march but still i am yet to hear back from them .
Correct medicine name: Normaxin 5mg/2.5 mg tablet , Seroflo 250 Inhaler .
