Complaint regarding delivery of wrong product by veerzara online shopping site

I m from Rewa . I had ordered gown of rs755 on 7 Jan 2019 Nd on 19 Jan I got it where there was no gown by there was cheepp piece of sarees . I. Had fill the form of return bbt there was 2 option of returning money – by paytm or by account no .I can’t give my paytm no or account no . My order no is #74427. I want my money back in cash it’s my request to take a strict action against this site Nd help me to get my money back.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
