Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Snapming

I have receive a mail from snapmint and also get a call that u can purchase mobile on emi from snapmint without credit card.so i fill aplication for samsung A7.
And then i paid downpement 5370.00 on 10.jan.2019..one hour later i receieve a mail that you are not elegible.and your amount will refund in your account in 3-5 days.. but i not recieve my amount..when i call them. They not recieve my call.I have mails,account statement.
