Complaint regarding Den wifi dongle

Problem with purchase Den wifi dongle. Value: Den wifi dongle. Dear sir i am regular customer of Den STB. I am triying to purchase den wifi dongle before
4-5 months, for this i have many times contact to my den cable operator and also den complain help line no. 18004192020 but nobudy solve my problum.
Please help me sir..

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
