Complaint regarding digital HD cable network

We purchased a in digital HD cable network for 5000 a year, from past 3 months our set top box was not working properly we called the cable person 4-5 times but he ignored the complaint later when he came,he took the set up box with him and 600rs as repair charges. Now it’s been more than a month we are calling him to know about the set up box he keeps on making excuses.. today wehn we called him for the same now he is saying additional 1000rs is required for the repair. As we denied to pay he rudely kept the phone. When we asked him for the refund and cancellation of the package he is not ready to do so. After paying the amount he takes the sign of the customer on his register to maintain the record.. customer is not provided with any bill or message of payment confirmation
