Complaint regarding Dish TV new connection

Ordered DishTv on (08/01/18) Got installed after 7 days (Express ibstallation). The product was “Dish TV NXT HD+Recorder-Dishtv Multi connection with 1st months free pack” Being in South India (wanted to impress my family with HD tv) unfortunately Dishtv installed Hotel Connection, meaning I could not upgrade, register or add package.. the entire Pongal/Sankranthi weekend we watched some stupid channel.. I had spent send SMS for registration, activation and customer support – loosing Rs.3/- per msg over the entire weekend.. and since then the only resolution I got was 9 emails with “Thank you for writing to us. This is with reference to your email, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request regarding package. Moreover, kindly contact corpsupport[@] for the same.
For any further assistance, please write back to us or call us on 0120-6633474.” I ve spent more money than watched TV. My VC NO 02512357217. The resolution they are providing is Rs 41/-. I want Refund

    The recent resolution as of today when I checked, because of my complaint the cut off date has been preponed from 12/02/2018 to 06/02/2018 .. Kindly confirm the same
