This is regarding Home Loan with ICICI Bank. My EMI date was 10th Juny 2021, Which they are saying is pending and system is not showing, for June month was bounced but the amounts of emi was deducted from my bank account HDFC account. Since I have already made payment yet people are calling that payment not received.
I am also not received any statement and monthly receipt Since I had taken Loan from Deutsche Post bank Home Finance Limited in Year 2011, Now since this has been taken by ICICI there is no ways how to communicate with them since my Loan amount has different digit beside I cannot check online my statement through ICICI portal, kindly help as it is getting difficult for responsible customer to field their grivences.
