Complaint regarding failed booking on Yatra portal

Booking Failed but amount got debited from bank. Value: 9107

I was trying to book a ticket from Kolkata to Agartala on March 23rd 2024. The payment was successful from Google pay and the amount got debited from my bank, but the billing screen stuck at the yatra.com site and then the page got reverted to it’s previous page and no booking id was generated at yatra page.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
