Complaint regarding failed flight booking on Yatra.com

Today i was trying to book a flight ticket for my wife and daughter(infant) from Agartala to Kolkata for 08/03/2024.Although the ticket price of Rs.5042 got deducted but ticket/booking not generated. I have attached my bank statement. Other details are as follows:

Mode of payment: Debit card

Bank name: yes bank

Amount Charged: Rs 5042.00

Kindly help me to get the refund.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
