Complaint regarding fake job offer by sai tech services, jakhan uttarakhand

She has given work from home offline assignment of typing work from home in the name of Sai Tech Services  In which She has taken  Rs. 2100+1800+1800+2000+2000+1500+1500 =RS 12700  from me ON 11Dec 2020 FOR REGISTRATION CHARGES, AGREEMENT CHARGES, OTP GENERATE CHARGES, NAME ADD ON BANK CHARGES, FILE CHARGES.

Rs.1800 ON 12 Dec 2020 FOR VERIFICATION CHARGES

RS.1800 ON 14 DEC 2020 FOR ERROR CHARGES

RS. 2500+2500+2500+2500 ON 21 DEC 2020 FOR IP ADDRESS CHANGE CHARGES

SO TOTAL OF RS. 12700+1800+1800+10000 i.e  Rs. 26300/-  She told me in that RS. 5000 IS Non-Refundable  So Total amount is 26300-5000 is RS. 21300 + RS 13000 SALARY  {RS 21300+RS 13000} She told me at 1.30 that i will receive the Payment around 2 PM.

She gave me work on 13 DEC 2020 NIGHT AROUND 8.25 PM AND SHE TOLD ME TO SUBMIT THE WORK ON 18 DEC 2020  SO FOR THAT I HAD SUBMITTED THE WORK ON 18 DEC 2020.

Now She is neither picking up call nor replying to text messages from MONDAY. 21.12.20. FROM  2 PM ONWARDS Her Number is Switch off  I am Calling HER for Doubt related to queries regarding my Payment.

Please ensure this problem is resolved urgently, otherwise I have to take strict action against your company for this kind of fraud with people.
