Complaint regarding Philips LED TV repair during warranty

I have purchased philips led tv with 5 years warranty  there is some technical issue with the tv … I have launched a complaint on philips toll free no they attended my compaint for 1st time at that time they changed a part and said u will not face problem in future but within next 7 days we have started facing same problem now they are giving us solution to replace tv with the upgraded version and have to pay 7000/-rs for exchange its being month now still no reply from philips team if i am having warrant why should i have and they need to repair the tv or should give the replacement
