On this date of 11th of September 2019 i was informed by a friend about a data entry job offer from Silvertech Solutions Company. The duties enlisted to us was to fill-up 950 forms (35 rs per forms) on 10 days with pre-provided data. My friend was contacted by this number 95xxxxxx4 to which i referred back to express my wish of accepting the job offer. After that i received a link and ID, Password through text messages. After two days the profile i have received the link to was blocked citing some technical issues. After a few hours i received a call from the company asking me to pay Rs 8000 as charge for unblocking my profile. Which i refuse to pay.
I created another account with a different name and resumed my work from that account. Within 10 days i have completed my target after which i received a call from the company informing me that i was not eligible to receive the salary because the target was not could not be completed “as per their wish”. The company also demanded 8000 rs for the to fulfill the salary eligibility criteria.
After 15 minutes i received a text message from VD-HCCRTT Your case has been registered at Rajkot district court near hospital chowk…… Case type- Breaching contract of VIRTUAL WEB SERVICES…… Case number- UEL 07/2019/113 Filing number- 2019/718 FIR number- AGR/BR/0911/R22 under Act- IPC 73,74,465 kindly clear the notice amount of Rs- 37,950. After 20 minutes or so i received a call from 09737713782 asking me to pay the money as soon as possible to prevent the increase of penalty charge.
Please help me Sir/Mam regarding this issue. They are mentally torturing me & harassing me. Please Sir/Mam take step regarding this
