On Sept 19th 2019 with Order no: 269, I moved my flat items from Bangalore to Hyderabad, the queen size mattress was completely wet when they bought it. Many items were broken and when asked for the same, they are saying out of station transport it happens it seems. Many clothes and books were also wet, my bike got a scratch as well. Worst packers and worst response you get when you call them. When asked for compensating for the loss they have denied it and are saying it happens it seems.
